Off and Running

We are having a blast in PE and this year our goal is to focus on overall fitness. Every class begins with a series of stretches geared at increasing flexibility. We are participating in the Presidential Fitness Challenge and this week we focused on sit ups and next week, we will begin the flexibility component of the exam. We will test before Christmas and in April. The challenge covers pull-ups, sit-ups, one mile run, flexibility, push-ups and shuttle run.

Pertaining to weekly grades, points will be deducted to those who do not have their entire PE uniform. I can be reached at Please reach out to me if you have any questions.
